Bryanna Cote Since joining Neal, I’ve found a true sense of purpose here at the start of my career. In HR, I’ve built connections across the company, aligned employees around shared goals, and strengthened my skills through training and community volunteer work. I’m surrounded by colleagues who care about both my professional success and personal well-being, allowing me to show up as my best self every day. I enjoy coming into work and I’m proud to represent a company that is forward thinking and strives to foster a team-oriented culture.
