Tashara Carmichael

Vice President of Human Resources, PHR and SHRM-CP

Tashara continually pursues growth, development, professional and educational opportunities for all members of the Neal Communities team. With over 20 years of success in Human Resources, she brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of Strategy and Implementation, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Coaching and Career Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Coaching, and Compensation and Benefits. Attending both UNH and Eckerd College, Tashara’s passion for Human Resources is centered in fostering collaboration, achieving solutions and furthering our business mission, vision and goals.

Recruiting and Development Specialist

Sarah joined Neal Communities in 2016 with over 15 years of recruiting experience. She is a dedicated and goal-oriented recruitment professional that loves working in Human Resources. Doing the right thing, honesty and follow through are her strongest skills.  Sarah attended college in the North Georgia mountains and relocated to Florida in 2002. Not only is Sarah a #TeamNeal advocate, she also enjoys living in her Neal Home with her family.

Payroll & Benefits Administrator

Katie Joined Neal Communities in 2023 with over 10 years of payroll and administrative office experience. Her responsibilities include: payroll processing, organizing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.  She enjoys being a team player and delivering great customer service. Additionally, Katie holds an associate degree in computer science.
