The purchasing team offered valuable mentorship as I began to navigate a variety of projects and tasks. Collaborating with such dedicated colleagues allowed me to further expand my existing skill set. This internship gave me the opportunity to use what I have learned through my education into practical applications. Ultimately, my time at Neal Communities has shaped me into a well-rounded professional equipped to take on challenges of the industry confidently."

Reilly, Construction Internship

"My internship journey at SimplyDwell has been nothing short of transformative. I've gained invaluable insights into the dynamic world of construction management at a startup that's reshaping the industry. This environment has allowed me to immerse myself in every aspect of construction management, from project planning and scheduling to site safety supervision. One of the most significant aspects of my internship has been the hands-on experience I've gained. I've assisted in coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring quality control on-site. This level of trust and responsibility has accelerated my learning and given me confidence in my abilities as a future construction manager."
