We care about your health and have a variety of ways to support your health and wellness goals! We offer excellent medical, dental and vision coverage for you and your family. Neal Communities contributes generously towards the cost of medical insurance for employees and their dependents.

3. Paid Time Off:
We know how important it is to rest, recharge and have fun. Take that vacation, or staycation (right here in beautiful southwest Florida) for some “you” time. In addition to paid holidays, our full-time employees accrue vacation and sick time each pay period throughout the year. What if you don’t use all of your time? No problem. We’ll roll over up to 80 hours of unused vacation time annually.

6. Critical Illness and Accident Insurance:
Peace of mind is important, so we offer employees a voluntary Critical Illness and Accident Insurance plan to help pay out-of-pocket expenses you may experience after an accident or covered illnesses. Critical Illness coverage provides a lump-sum benefit up to $10,000 in the event of a serious illness. Accident Insurance pays benefits for specific injuries and covered doctors’ visits.
